Lisa Wheeler, Senior Vice President of Operations East Coast.
Lisa Wheeler is senior vice president of operations for ALTOUR's eastern region. In her position, Wheeler oversees the short-range and long-term operational and financial goals of the company's East Coast offices. Based in the NYC office, Wheeler also manages the US airline relations department.
Wheeler joined ALTOUR in October 2005 with a wealth of corporate management experience. Previously, Wheeler served for 15 years at American Airlines in a variety of sales positions, most recently as district sales manager. In this position, she coached and counseled her sales team through global corporate negotiations resulting in strong revenue performance. As a seasoned manager, Wheeler participated in American's Turnaround Plan, a Dallas-based initiative charged with maintaining company profitability, employee relations and client expectations. During this venture, she served as a respected voice on various task forces from the launch of simplified domestic pricing to the rollout of American's HR Management plan.
Wheeler graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University in New York City. She resides in Hoboken, N.J. with her husband, and in her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking and traveling. Italy is her favorite destination
