Sandra Broughton, Director of Sales-West Coast
Sandra graduated from the Business School of Economics & Business in Mainz, Germany and started in the Industry with First Business Travel as a Corporate Executive Agent, where her responsibilities included managing all travel for the German Tennis Federation (Boris Becker). Shortly after her immigration to the US, she started with AF (LAX) in Inside Sales & was promoted very quickly to Account Executive. During her time in Southern California, Sandra was responsible for account management & development with heavy focus on Corporate including Entertainment (WB, Disney, Paramount, Fox & Sony and Management of all travel arrangements for Santana’s European Tour). Her extraordinary performance as the only Sales Representative within the USA to achieve and surpass her forecast of corporate portfolio was rewarded with AF's prestigious Sales Rep of the year award & with the promotion to Manager Alliance Sales (NYC).
Sandra now managed the relations with all Sky Team partners to increase Alliance visibility (e.g. NBTA) & sales for North America. She was also a vital part of the development team for the first Alliance contracts. After only 15 months Sandra was appointed to Manager, National Corporate Accounts (ATL) taking on responsibility for account management & development of all national & multi market Client agreements in the USA.
Sandra's mother tongue is German and she has a fluent understanding in French.
