Rosemarie Christofolo, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Rosemarie Christofolo is executive vice president and general counsel for ALTOUR. In her position, Christofolo lends expertise in diverse fields including law, marketing, management, technology and intellectual property. She is involved in all aspects of operational and strategic planning for ALTOUR, whose experienced staff manages corporate and individual travel needs specializing in fields such as finance, entertainment, production and executive leisure travel.
Prior to joining ALTOUR in 2002, Christofolo was a partner in the prestigious law firm of Lewis and Roca where she headed the firm's Business Section, served on the Management Committee and founded the Intellectual Property and Technology section. Well-known in business and law communities, Christofolo has received many honors and awards for her professional achievements including the following: Today's Arizona Woman's "Top 100 Women in Business" and "Golden Heart of Business" awards; Arizona Business Journal's "Best of the Bar in Intellectual Property and Technology;" Southwest Super Lawyers in Intellectual Property; and Woodward & White's "Best Lawyers in America" . She served as co-chair of the International Annual Review, a publication of the Trademark Reporter, for many years and is a member of the American Corporate Counsel.
Christofolo received her undergraduate and law degrees from Arizona State University. She enjoys spending free time with family and friends, traveling, gardening, and is an avid reader.
