Job Description:
To facilitate professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for all Altour clients within their company's guidelines and standards of excellence for customer service.
Experienced in Domestic and International travel. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment.
- Completes travel arrangements for clients' air, hotel, car rentals, trains, tour, and ground arrangements at the lowest possible price within corporate travel guidelines
- Call backs handled within a 30 minute window
- Acknowledge emails within an hour of receipt, with all emails responded to by the end of the day
- Access queues at the beginning and end of each day
- Follow and suggest improvements in company procedures in the areas of customer service, documentation of PNRs and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, attendance, accuracy of work etc
- Assures client is fully aware of any rules and restrictions which apply to his/her reservation
- Retains ownership of each record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client's satisfaction
- Researches and provides solutions to any travel related problem clients may have experienced with arrangements made by Altour with total management awareness and participation
- Stays fully informed on all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and accurately applies this knowledge to all travel arrangements. This includes documentation for international travel
- Is available for and receptive to training opportunities
- Is Sabre proficient and maintains Sabre skills with relevant training
- Stays abreast of technology and industry knowledge, especially with intranet tools provided by Altour
- Problem resolution to always include management
- Performs other office functions as needed and seeks ways to personally add to the overall efficiency of the operation
- Essential; Must be motivated, eager to learn, and willing to work overtime. This is for a serious minded individual.

Job Description:
Altour Service is seeking a full-time driver to skillfully operate limousines, vans and stretch limousines for corporate and noted private individuals.
Candidate must facilitate professionalism for all Altour clients with a pride of excellence for customer service.
- Caters to customer with attentive customer service with a special regard for detail
- Assist riders into the car by holding open doors, holding umbrellas when it is raining, loading luggage of package(s) into the vehicle
- Offer conveniences and luxuries in the vehicle (water, newspaper, magazines and phones) to ensure a pleasurable ride
- Alert to conditions on the road, especially in heavy and congested traffic or in bad weather. Takes necessary precautions to prevent accidents and avoid sudden stops, turns and other driving maneuvers that would jar passenger
- Familiar with streets in frequently served areas (airports, midtown, downtown, restaurants, hotels, etc) so they can use the most efficient route to destination
- Transport customers between hotel, airports, business events, restaurants, entertainment venues and social events
- Inspect the assigned vehicle for cleanliness, presentation and efficiency and complete the vehicle checklist prior to driving assigned vehicle
- Contacts dispatch during 14, 15 and 30 to report any change in passenger itinerary Completes Trip Ticket with all detailed information regarding the trip, including location, time of pick-up, drop off, all stop(s) in/out times scheduled or unscheduled, garage times in/out, tolls and parking
- Reports to dispatcher any equipment part(s), i.e., lights, brakes, etc. malfunction or which are not in good working condition
- Completes post vehicle inspection checklist and refills gas at end of shift
- Stays abreast of technology and industry knowledge, especially with intranet tools provided by Altour
- Must be knowledgeable in the proper procedures to be followed in event of an accident and report immediately to dispatch
- Must report all traffic and parking violations immediately to dispatch
Qualifications:
- Outstanding safety driving record
- Thorough knowledge of motor vehicle laws, safe driving practices and regulations governing limousine driving
- Current, clean state driver’s license and vehicle operator’s license from the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime to accommodate 24/7 service operation
- Must be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Must be punctual at all times
- Must be presentable and wear the Altour Service required attire

This position reports to the Manager of Online Services and will support the department’s responsibility for the processing and delivery of Internet products and services including the maintenance of online booking sites. This position will also include responsibility for administering agency intranet products, including, Client Supplier and Client Manager.
- Managing the online booking system, processing new users, creating and updating online profiles, handling enrollment correspondence and providing one-on-one customer support as it relates to the GetThere product.
- Have working knowledge of the online booking process, including monitoring queues, preparing and documenting records, ensuring that all records are coordinated with the appropriate team members and/or Independent Contractors in the event automation fails.
- Providing one-on-one user support, including help desk and training assistance only related to our online booking tool.
- Assisting in maintenance of online user information, including daily site status, system advisories and user newsletters.
- Assisting in producing and verifying billing and other customer reports related to online bookings (cost savings, etc.)
- Administering and maintaining the Online Booking Traveler Profile System, including new user setup, providing one-on-one support and training, uploading new profiles and revisions and ensuring the reliability of information within the Sabre System as well as the online booking system.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with on-line booking systems, such as GetThere, ResX, Cliqbook,

Job Description:
The Training Specialist is responsible for providing New Hire and ongoing agent training, to ensure all employees and agents have the skills necessary to successfully perform their job, improve productivity and build professional skills. Training Specialists are also responsible for assisting management in the ongoing evaluation of staff performance, maintenance of training records, recommending and developing targeted training where needed.
- Based on observation or information from immediate managers, prepare and assist in implementation of specialized training programs to improve the speed, accuracy and effectiveness of individual agents
- Assisting in providing ongoing Support Services Help Desk (phone and e-mail) for Altour procedures, Sabre assistance, scripts, QCX, ResMarker, etc.
- Participating in client or other user training, as needed, to enable them to use Altour products such as online booking, electronic profiles, online surveys, etc.
- Assisting in the maintenance of QCX, ResMarker, Sabre scripts and other tools to improve agent productivity and performance
- Working with the Quality Control, the Accounting Department and Operations to identify training issues that affect agent and team performance, recommending and assisting in the development of appropriate training programs
- Recommend changes in the quality control software so that company-wide standards are automatically adhered to
- Provide backup support, as needed, for weekly AirComm audit, Commission Contract Desk and Ticketing and Refund processing through Support Services
- Provide backup Branch IT Technical Support, as needed
- Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
Transferable Skills

- Assisting in the creation and distribution of information on technical and industry developments through the Intranet, Infocentre, Training Bulletins, e-mails and other written support materials
- Recommend changes in the automated CRS screen highlighter software so all agents are aware of preferred vendors to maximize commissions, contracts for each client to meet travel policy guidelines, carriers to cross-sell so company sales goals can be achieved, etc;
- Recommend changes to SABRE scripts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our CRS skills
- Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations and workshops
